Candidate Visits
Stacy Nelson and Associates will set up interviews between the candidates and the client. We help make travel arrangements and pick ups to and from the airport. Meetings with key decision makers will be organized through Stacy Nelson and Associates. We will provide a full profile for all of the interviewers with a prospect of interview questions.
References
We provide full reference checking with extensive personal and telephone interviews with a minimum of two references per candidate with former supervisors and at least two references with colleagues. Profiles given for the in depth personal interviews will include individual's performance, personal behavior and work characteristics, career highlights, particular strengths and challenges and other findings.
Negotiations
Compensation and relocation negotiations are delicate discussions that benefit from the involvement of a third-party consultant. Because the resulting transaction formally establishes what will be an ongoing and often close relationship between the participants, we act as an "honest broker" to provide objective intermediation of the process.
